When I moved in here in 2013 the park was very poorly managed and well known as a tweaker paradise. New management came in and has really cleaned it up. Completely different park these days! Out with the druggies and drama and trash! I now can feel safe raising my family here and can have pride in where we live. Chris and Craig have done an amazing job revamping the place into a clean and beautifully maintained little park. The new owners have a ton of rules and seem to add more each week and that can be a bit stressful but expected to achieve cohesion I guess. Overall a great place to call home.
I have lived here for over 7 years and it is a wonderful neighborhood. The managers work hard to keep the park looking good and always are quick to respond to any questions.
Managers Christy and Craig are very helpful, grounds beautifully maintained, neighbors friendly, and park quiet and safe. I love it here!
Chris and Craig sooooo helpful in everything I need or don’t know.. lots of park rules yes, but they are quick. To break it down on why..if I am out of town I have no worries about being gone..had my share of landlords over they years this two are by far my favorites

Chris and Craig what can we say amazing people, very helpful with park rules there are a lot but that’s what makes it clean and no drifters roaming around peeking at your stuff. If we are gone out of town they keep an extra eye out for us…
The place has a lot of rules BUT it makes the park safe. I love all the people in the community and management is perfect. Huge hearts but stern and strong.

We really enjoyed our stay. We full time RV and were there almost 2 years. If we ever had any sort of issue it was handled promptly. The park managers Chris and Craig are friendly, good, hard working people that have definitely made it a priority to make the park a great place to live.
Great location and easy access to restaurants, stores and highway. Friendly and clean neighborhood. Operated by nice and super professional park managers. Highly recommend this park! Craig and Chris are the best!
