I wanted to recommend, Redding Hilltop Estates, a wonderful community.  I had a great experience with Chris Carter, the HOA Manager, she is very knowledgeable, kind and patient, answered all my questions and made me feel at home. Have traveled cross country and stayed at many parks and have to say by far this one is the cleanest and safest facility we have ever came across. Would like to put a shout out to Chris And Craig Carter and thank them for their generosity and great hospitality. They’re there for all of your needs. I will definitely spread the word. Hilltop Estates is a hidden gem! Tucked back off the road, it's quiet and peaceful—you'd never know it was there, and that's part of its charm. The community is well maintained, with a beautiful grassy area and picnic tables that make it a great place to relax and enjoy lunch. Redding Hilltop Estates is a lovely and quiet community. They are fully occupied most of the time because they are well maintained and the husband/wife team Chris and Craig are kind, hardworking and always go the extra mile for this community. This is a very nice place to live. I’m here from Colorado taking care of my mom for a few months and the manager Chris and her husband Craig have been amazing. They are very kind and helpful people. If I were to move to California, this is the place I’d want to be 🥰
